Lessons Learned

• Old and unaccounted for inventory in the warehouse. • Items in many locations. • Current inventory consolidation processes interfere with pick accuracy. • It would be valuable to have visibility to allocated inventory. • On demand allocation would be valuable. • More RF less paper. • Jay would be a valuable addition to IQ.
