Osteophyte formation behind elbow jnt From valgus extension overload
Panner’s diseaseleads osteochondritis of the capitellum resulting in AVN.
Osteochondritis dissecans of the capitellum
Ulnar nerve Dyaesthesia
Little leaguer’s elbow- repetitive stress separation of med. epicondyle and possible entrapment in jnt.
Large olecranon bursa
Rupture lower end of biceps; surgically re –attach with bony anchor
Markedly displaced S/C Fx humerus
Elbow joints=3
Elbow ROM.
Closed reduction and held with 2 k-wires.
OA from valgus loads
