‫ﻣﺸﺎآﻞ اﻟﺬاآﺮة‪ :‬اﻟﻤﺤﺎر‬ ‫ﻳﺴﺎﻋﺪ اﻟﻤﺤﺎر ﻋﻠﻰ زﻳﺎدة ﻓﺎﻋﻠﻴﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬ ‫اﻟﺬهﻨﻲ‪ ،‬ﻻﻧﻪ ﻳﺰود اﻟﺠﺴﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺰﻧﻚ‬ ‫اﻟﺬي ﻳﺤﺘﺎﺟﻪ‬ ‫اﻟﺴﻌﺎل‪ :‬اﻟﻔﻠﻔﻞ اﻻﺣﻤﺮ‬ ‫ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﻣﺎدﻩ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻔﻠﻔﻞ اﻻﺣﻤﺮ ﺷﺒﻴﻬﻪ ﻟﻤﺎدﻩ‬ ‫ﻣﻮﺟﻮدﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺷﺮاب اﻟﺴﻌﺎل‬ ‫ﺳﺮﻃﺎن اﻟﺜﺪي‪ :‬ﻧﺨﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﻘﻤﺢ واﻟﻤﻠﻔﻮف‬ ‫ﺗﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻧﺨﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﻘﻤﺢ واﻟﻤﻠﻔﻮف ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى اﻻﺳﺘﺮوﺟﻴﻦ اﻟﺼﺤﻲ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﺴﻢ‬ ‫ﺳﺮﻃﺎن اﻟﺮﺋﺔ‪ :‬اﻟﺒﺮﺗﻘﺎل واﻟﺨﻀﺮوات‬ ‫ان اﻟﺒﻴﺘﺎ‪-‬آﺎروﺗﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮدﻩ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﺮﺗﻘﺎل‬ ‫واﻟﺨﻀﺮوات ﻋﺒﺎرة ﻋﻦ ﺷﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ اﺷﻜﺎل‬ ‫ﻓﻴﺘﺎﻣﻴﻦ وهﻲ ﺗﺸﻜﻞ ﻋﻼﺟ ًﺎ ﺟﻴﺪًا ﻟﻠﻤﺮض‬ ‫اﻟﺘﻘﺮﺣﺎت‪ :‬اﻟﻤﻠﻔﻮف‬ ‫ﻳﺤﺘﻮي اﻟﻤﻠﻔﻮف ﻋﻠﻰ آﻴﻤﺎوﻳﺎت ﺗﺴﺎﻋﺪ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺷﻔﺎء ﻧﻮﻋﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻘﺮﺣﺎت‬ ‫اﻹﺳﻬﺎل‪ :‬اﻟﺘﻔﺎح‬ ‫ﺧﺬ ﺳﻠﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻔﺎح اﻟﻐﻴﺮ ﻣﻘﺸﺮ‪ ،‬اﺗﺮآﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﻟﺘﺘﺤﻮل اﻟﻰ اﻟﻠﻮن اﻟﺒﻨﻲ ﺛﻢ ﺗﻨﺎوﻟﻬﺎ وهﻲ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ هﺬﻩ اﻟﺤﺎﻟﺔ‬ ‫اﻧﺴﺪاد اﻟﺸﺮاﻳﻴﻦ‪ :‬اﻻﻓﻮآﺎدو‬ ‫ان اﻟﺪهﻦ اﻷﺣﺎدي اﻟﻐﻴﺮ ﻣﺸﺒﻊ اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮد ﻓﻲ‬ ‫اﻻﻓﻮآﺎدو ﻳﺨﻔﺾ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى اﻟﻜﻠﺴﺘﺮول‬ ‫ﺿﻐﻂ اﻟﺪم اﻟﻤﺮﺗﻔﻊ‪ :‬زﻳﺖ اﻟﺰﻳﺘﻮن واﻟﻜﺮﻓﺲ‬ ‫ان زﻳﺖ اﻟﺰﻳﺘﻮن ﻳﺨﻔﺾ ﺿﻐﻂ اﻟﺪم‪ ،‬اﻣﺎ‬ ‫اﻟﻜﺮﻓﺲ ﻓﻴﺤﺘﻮي ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎدﻩ اﺧﺮى ﺗﺨﻔﺾ‬ ‫ﺿﻐﻂ اﻟﺪم اﻳﻀ ًﺎ‬ ‫ﺳﻜﺮ اﻟﺪم اﻟﻐﻴﺮ ﻣﻨﺘﻈﻢ‪ :‬اﻟﺒﺮوآﻠﻲ واﻟﻔﺴﺘﻖ‬ ‫ان ﻣﻌﺪن اﻟﻜﺮوﻣﻴﻮم ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﺮوآﻠﻲ واﻟﻔﺴﺘﻖ‬ ‫ﻳﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﺳﻜﺮ اﻟﺪم‬

‫ﻣﻦ ﻓﻀﻠﻚ اﻟﺼﻘﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﺎب اﻟﺜﻼﺟﺔ أو‬ ‫اﻟﺤﺎﺋﻂ أو ﻟﻮﺣﺔ اﻹﻋﻼﻧﺎت ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﻌﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﻔﺎﺋﺪة‬

‫ﺑﺈذن اﷲ‬ ‫إﺟﻌﻞ ﻏﺬاؤك دواءك‬

‫اﻟﺼﺪاع‪ :‬اﻟﺴﻤﻚ )اﻟﺒﺮوﺗﻴﻦ(‬ ‫ان زﻳﺖ اﻟﺴﻤﻚ ﻳﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻨﻊ اﻟﺼﺪاع‬ ‫وآﺬﻟﻚ اﻻﻣﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﺰﻧﺠﺒﻴﻞ ﻓﺎﻧﻪ ﻳﺨﻔﻒ‬ ‫اﻻﻟﺘﻬﺎب وﻳﺰﻳﻞ اﻷﻟﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﺮارة اﻟﻤﺮﺗﻔﻌﺔ‪ :‬ﻟﺒﻦ اﻟﺰﺑﺎدي‬ ‫ان ﺗﻨﺎول آﻤﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻠﺒﻦ ﻳﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫اﻧﺨﻔﺎض اﻟﺤﺮارﻩ وﺧﺼﻮﺻ ًﺎ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﻮﺳﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﻄﻠﻊ‬ ‫اﻟﺠﻠﻄﺎت‪ :‬اﻟﺸﺎي‬ ‫ﻳﻤﻨﻊ اﻟﺸﺎي ﺗﺮاآﻢ اﻟﺘﺮﺳﺒﺎت ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﺪران‬ ‫اﻟﺸﺮاﻳﻴﻦ إذا اﺧﺬ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺷﻜﻞ ﺟﺮﻋﺎت ﻣﻨﺘﻈﻤﺔ‬ ‫اﻻرق‪ :‬اﻟﻌﺴﻞ‬ ‫اﺳﺘﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻌﺴﻞ آﻤﺴﻜﻦ وﻣﻨﻮم‬

‫‪ :PMS‬رﻗﺎﺋﻖ اﻟﺬرة‬ ‫ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺗﻔﺎدي ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ‪ PMS‬وذﻟﻚ ﺑﺄﺧﺬ رﻗﺎﺋﻖ‬ ‫اﻟﺬرة ﺣﻴﺚ اﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺨﻔﻴﻒ اﻟﻜﺂﺑﺔ‬ ‫واﻟﻘﻠﻖ واﻹﻋﻴﺎء‬
