C-1 Production Process of Making Pinoy Bicho bread

1.

Fill the fryer with one half (1/2) gallon of oil. Wait until the oil is warm

enough to cook the bread.

2.

Place the half baked bicho bread in the deep fryer and wait until the

bread’s color turn into golden brown.

Remove the bicho bread from the deep fryer and place it in the strainer to

remove the excess oil.

4.

Prepare the tray and the powder flavoring or the sugar. The flavors are

cookies and creams, mocha, chocolate, cinnamon, and plain sugar.

5.

Place the bread on the tray that contains sugar or powder flavoring and roll

the bicho bread on it.

6.

Make sure that the whole bread is covered with sugar for plain bicho and C-1 the flavoring for flavored bicho.

7.

Put the flavored bicho bread on the bicho wrapper and serve it to the

customers.

Based from the proponent’s survey 71 out of 100 Fatima students responded that they eat waffle, donut or bread on their break time, while the remaining 29 responded that they do not eat waffle, donut or bread on their break time. D-4

Based from the proponent’s research, 75 out of 100 Fatima student’s allowance amounts to Php 200.00 and below. Another 11 students responded that their allowance amounts to Php300.00 and below, while student’s allowance amounts to Php100.00, while the remaining 3student’s allowance is above Php300.00.

Based from the proponent’s survey, 80 out of 100 Fatima students are willing to buy a plain bicho bread for Php12.00 and a flavored bicho bread for Php 15.00. Another 9 students are willing to buy it for Php 13.00 and Php 16.00, 8 students for Php 14.00 and Php 17.00, and the remaining 3 students are willing to buy it for Php 15.00 and Php 18.00.
