This is to inform that the examination schedule for conducting P.G. examinations of M.A/M.Sc/M.Sc.Tech/M.Com/ M.H.R.M./M.B.A and B.B.A(H) etc., academic year 2009-2010 has been approved as detailed below : The commencement of examinations for the semesters is as follows : III Semester for M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.B.A and M.H.R.M. III & V semesters for M.Sc Tech. III and VII Semesters for B.B.A(H)

First Semester for all above courses

30-10-2009 to 04-11-2009

:

12-11-2009 to 16-11-2009.

The last date for payment of fee and submission of applications is as follow. Semester Examination By the Consolidated Applications to fee to be paid Candidate DD should be be sent by the drawn on or Principal to before A.U. on or before *09-10-2009 07-10-2009 Without late fee 06-10-2009 The With late fee of Examinations *15-10-2009 13-10-2009 12-10-2009 Rs.1000/of the Semesters of all (Rupees one thousand only) P.G. Courses and BBA(H) as (Between First and Seventh noted above day) Oct/Nov.2009 *If the Examination applications are not received on the above dates, late fee of Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) per candidate will be collected.

Late applications will be accepted with a penal fee of Rs.2000/-(Rupees two thousand only), upto one week before the commencement of examinations subject to condition of availability of question papers. Betterment fee Rs.500/- in addition to the examination fee. The HOD’s of A.U Colleges/ S.O’s of A.U. Campuses/ Principals/Directors of affiliated colleges are requested to down load the examination application form from the A.U.Website http://www.andhrauniversityinfe/exams/appl.html. and to remit Rs.30/(Thirty only) towards the Registration fee and send a copy of Nominal Rolls along with examination applications. The HOD’s of A.U. Colleges, Spl. Officers of A.U. Campuses and Principals / Directors of affiliated colleges are further requested to submit Internal assessment /sessional marks to the concerned sections on or before 15-10-2009 failing which Hall tickets will not be issued. Therefore, I am to request you kindly arrange to inform the schedule to the students and teaching staff concerned and send the examination applications as per the above schedule and cooperate for the smooth conduct of examinations.
