Amniotic fluid embolism • Catastrophic event with high mortality rate 86% A→ ↓ LOC, obst B→ hypoxia, pul edema C→ cardiopul collapse, RV failure D → D/C synto Heme → DIC, hemorrhage R→ ARF CNS→ seizure Mx: • ABC, 100% O2, Large IV,LUD, Lab as abruption, last thing to do CPB (case report) • If Pt survive → ICU
