That the abovementioned case is pending trial before this Hon’ble Court and is fixed for today.

That the That the applicant was to appear before this Hon’ble Court personally but he is not able to appear before this Hon’ble Court today personally as he has to appear before the Hon’ble Court of Tis Hazari, for the purpose of another case which is fixed for today, his presence is very much necessary & important. Hence, he is not able to appear before this Hon’ble Court in person.

That the non appearance of the accused / applicant is neither intentional nor deliberate but due to the above cited reason.
