CEED, Internship and Facilitator Experience with AIESEC in IUB by Fion Fung I worked as a CEED (Cultural Envoy for Exchange Development) in AIESEC IUB and a facilitator of a National Conference when I was doing an internship in Bangladesh. It was a life-changing experience! I have learned to be more flexible, objective-driven and stay focus! My values and world view

have been changed! Life in Bangladesh is simple but I saw the beauty of human relationship! People are so enthusiastic and sincere that I was deeply touched by them. I have witnessed how much they treasure their families and friends! Bangladesh is definitely a great place to experience, would you?

Internship experience in Bangladesh by Siim Sainas Bangladesh was an experience of a lifetime. In those 5 months spent in one of the most densely populated countries of the world, I had adventures what I will surely even tell my grandchildren. I saw unimaginable riches, nature in its endless beauty, cities packed

with dwellers, people living in cart boxes and many more. But most of all, I saw probably the most hospitable people I have ever met. It also showed me such diversity that I’ve never seen before. Thank you for such a crazy experience AIESEC in IUB and Dhansiri.

Internship experience in Russia by Nushrat Zareen Ahmed Excitement, nervousness and with full of hope I took two months traineeship program through AIESEC in Samara, one the largest cities of Russia. I worked in Birozki Camp, one of the most reputed summer camps of Samara, where I was assigned to teach Russian children some spoken English. I spent my time with children in the playground where we communicated with each other, played various games, swam in the lake and ate lots of Russian traditional foods. AIESECers of Samara were simply awesome. They were helpful, protective and always made sure that I had maximum enjoyment during my stay. It was a memorable traineeship that I will cherish all my life.

My internship in India helped me to develop intercultural awareness and by working in a new environment with different cultures, I was able to gain teamwork, leadership, responsibility and self-confidence. I contributed to the success of two projects in India.

One of the highlights of this year's IC was the Global Youth 2 Business Forum. These were small workshops taken by various companies notably DHL, PwC, Artemesia, Cadbury, Electrolux, ABInbev, Standard Chartered Bank, Alcatel Lucent, Canon, Dell, Unilever, and Tata Consultancy Services. They spoke about Labor mobility and diversity, Climate change and Sustainability and Entrepreneurship. I had the privilege to meet topnotch global leaders who are working to create a positive impact in their surroundings like PwC, DHL and Cadbury's projects in Africa, Cannon's projects in Asia and most importantly Artemesia's social entrepreneurship projects all around the world. My life changing part from this conference was being able to share my thoughts and ideas with youth from over 110 countries. All of us came from different cultures, backgrounds and it was experiencing diversity at its best. Getting to know the realities of a lot of African Countries and their passion to create a positive change made me realize that I have a role to play in my country. I will cherish this experience and knowledge for the rest of my life.
