Step 1 – Locate your Picture

Picture Manager Right click on the picture and ‘open with’ Microsoft Picture Manager

Compress Pictures Choose ‘edit pictures’ then select ‘compress picture’ option as shown.

Web Pages Select ‘web pages’ and click ‘OK’

Click on the ‘add image’ icon on your blog post
