Vikram S. Dogra, MD Founder and President of the Board of Trustees Medical Imaging Partnership Dr. Dogra is Director, Division of Ultrasound and Associate Chair of Education and Research for the Department of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester Medical Center. His faculty appointments include Professor of Diagnostic Radiology, Urology and Professor of Biomedical Engineering. Certified by the American Board of Radiology and American Registry, ARDMS (Ultrasound Physics, and Abdomen, OB/GYN, Neurosonography) he also serves as a board examiner in Ultrasound for the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Dogra teaches Ultrasound and Radiology in developing nations around the globe and is founder of www.Imagingsciencetoday.com a free educational site dedicated to the promotion of imaging and ultrasound education. Dr. Dogra organizes research in the UR Department of Imaging Sciences for residents, fellows, and PhDs and is deeply involved with education programs for radiology residents and sonographers. Dr. Dogra served as president of the 3,000-member American Association of Radiologists of Indian Origin. Honors and Awards Dr. Dogra received First Place in Scientific Poster Session with Bhatt S and Rubens DJ for Color flow Doppler evaluation of testicular torsion and its pitfalls, presented at the AIUM 51st annual convention in Washington DC, March 23rd-26th, 2006. Other recent awards include: o

Third Place in Scientific Poster Session with Hannah C; Bhatt S; Rubens, Deborah J; and Patrick F for Tricks and pitfalls of ovarian torsion imaging, presented at the AIUM 51st annual convention.

Editorial Leadership Dr. Dogra has published hundreds of significant articles related to radiology and is the author of several textbooks and book chapters.
