Project Definition :Business Information Management System

Brief Definition: Business Information Management System is a software which serves as a parser for consumer and business.  It provides Information about companies to the customers and similarly it provides customer information to businessmen.  The software provides various facilities in regard to information handling for stock exchange listed companies and non-listed companies.  The software is dedicated to the emerging market analysis.com which makes it a great potential for upcoming industries.

Detail Description of BIMS: Our Software Provides Facilities for latest requirements of emerging business.  These requirements include up to date information with regard to listed and non listed companies.  The software includes advanced facilities like online payment for services used and sending of e-mail to customers via the Cifar web portal.  Moreover as nowadays e-commerce has developed to a great zenith, that is why our software provides facilities for business firms to search for potential customers who are interested in their business products.  Cifar will help global investors through BIMS to obtain a handfull of latest analyzed information through which they will be able to invest in IPO's.  BIMS will also be helpful to the online team of Cifar whereby they will be able to update their gathered data to the database of Cifar directly through the BIMS software.

Detail Description of BIMS (contd): One of the premier features of BIMS is its dynamic report generation which gives a hands on glimpse of the condition of a particular company selected by a customer for information.  Moreover BIMS also has an additional feature of showing the increase or decrease in annual sales, net profit, equity, net asset value and many such statistics graphically of any company for 5 years by which it discloses the financial status of any company in a user friendly manner.  BIMS also generate a conclusive advise for the customer with regard to the best option for investment within the companies in which the customer has shown interest to invest.  Moreover the platform on which BIMS has being developed itself is considered quite secured and reliable.  Similarly in the era of e-commerce it makes searching of potential customers quite easy. Eg:- Businessman sitting in Dubai can easily locate customers interested in his product living in Sharjah.

Detail Description of BIMS (contd): The ease by which Businessman can create contact with new customers is more simplified by BIMS as it provides easy e-mail facility and sms facility.  The software is associated with an experienced group called CIFAR which will increase the ultimate output of BIMS.  The software uses My SQL as its back end which is an open source and an efficient data base.
