3,800 hectares of land available right next to the existing airport
If the Government of Maharashtra had chosen to develop Nagpur with the same enthusiasm that it showed for Western Maharashtra’s development, even we would not have had the kind of unused land that we now have next to the airport and which is a major advantage for MIHAN at Nagpur.
Perhaps we were destined to wait for MIHAN
Nature’s Bounty Mineral Wealth
Rich coal deposits of more than 5600 Million tons…… 100% of Maharashtra coal reserves 100% of Maharashtra’s manganese, Kyanite. Siilimanite and quartzite deposits 226 million tons of iron ore deposits Sizeable deposits of dolomite, limestone, barytes, fireclay, fluorite, gold and Kaolin.
