SAFETY IS GAINFUL , ACCIDENT IS PAINFUL SUBJECT : Assure Safety While Walking Towards Washroom. AREA : Ware House (Near SCM Office) HAZARD : A Chamber (inside 95mm raised earthing pit pipe) is placed in the centre of path.
HIDDEN DANGER :- Chamber is present in front of door and during walking time , people get stuck with this Chamber and fall down which meet with major injury

Chamber is cover with sheet cover & surface has been leveled . No hidden danger after leveling .
