ProDESKTOP Case Tutorial 4 15. Repeat step 8 but this time click on the From Window button, then Ok. This will give you a view as you looking at your case in the design window. I have used an Isometric View, if you want to change your view, open your design window and change the view using your arrow keys or by using the view isometric button. 16. Drag this view to the bottom right. You should by now have something looking like this.
We shall now add some measurements. * Measuring in Drawing is different to measuring in design. * 17. Click on the Linear Dimension tool, click on the right hand side of the case (Front View) it will turn red. 18. Click, hold and drag down on the left hand side of the case and a measurement should appear.
Notice you do not click and drag away on the line you want to measure. 19. Let’s try that again for the height of the box. Click on the top so that it turns red then click and hold on the base and drag to the right to measure the height. 20. Try that with some of the other measurements that you see in the drawing. 21. For a radius measurement click on the Radial Dimension tool and this time click on one of the corners in Plan view and just drag away.
