Co-coordination of activities of workshop personnel

Optimization of duties of personnel and compliance with work schedules

Ensuring the works program is followed

Elaborating the works program and preparation of the Progress Report

Managing the workshop’s equipment (generators, compressors, welding machines, cutting machines, grinders, drilling machines, coring machines etc.) and supervising the maintenance (as per maintenance program) and/or repair works to ensure that all equipment is kept in good working condition. Keeping in a proper condition of all the machineries operation manuals/books, warranty certificates, delivery notes

Preparing the prefabrication schedule and necessary hand sketches base on isometric drawings
-
Supervising of piping prefabrication and fabrication works (marking as per the isometric drawings or workshop drawings, cutting of spools, preparing of spools edges for welding etc.)

Supervision if welding activities are carried out according to procedures and quality standards
-
Preparation on NDT tests as per specific ITP’s
-
Ensure that welding activities and non-destructive controls are carried out according to job order technical procedures and specifications
-
Supervision of painting activities looking for implementation of Painting specific Procedure
-
Supervision of prefabrication or fabrication works for pipes supports as per workshop drawings
-
Supervision of loading in trucks of the already made spools/supports/structure elements and distribution to the sites for final installation/assembly
-
Checking if all the tools used for tests are calibrated and keeping the record book of Calibration Certificates
-
Checking if consumables used in the workshop complies with projects specifications
-
Optimizing workshop and pre-fabrication / fabrication activities
-
Ensuring that prefabrication activities are carried out with full respect of project specific Quality procedures
-
Supervision if lifting and handling activities are regularly carried out within the workshop
-
Conducting daily Tools Box Talks and implementation of HSE specific plan for workshop activities
-
Ensure that all the workshop’s labors wearing the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and if they are follow the HSE rules for every particular work
-
Looking for a permanent maintaining of a proper house keeping for workshop and store.
