FW: Debentures and time

Dear Ms Cowan, I thank you for your very welcome email, and wish you a lot of positive energy during these days of strive and tension – the game of life as humans play it. Your elucidation seems fair and I will put all my evil plans on hold for the time being. Nevertheless, allow me to put a few comments on record to give you an indication of the peculiarities that I do not understand. Please, I realize that you are rather occupied with putting out fires and I don’t expect you to respond to them at this time – these are wonders I have in my mind. At the same time I appreciate the circumstances and realize that you cannot conjure water from stones (only I can do that). Your brochure states: “In the event of the company being unable to pay the interest, the principal amount of the debenture becomes due and payable, together with any outstanding interest, within 30 days. (Prospectus: Clause 12.2)” 1. How come the Board sits only in March to discuss our claims while there is an apparent crises now on hand. 2. Why must the Board decide about the paying out of moneys that have automatically become due according ton the prospectus. 3. Why must the relevant authorities be applied to for such payments. It is clearly stated in the prospectus and brochures. 4. Why is there a problem with the timeline as the payments are automatically due after 30 days.
