Colum Chart Data that is arranged in columns or rows on a worksheet can be plotted in a column chart. Column charts are useful for showing data changes over a period of time or for illustrating comparisons among items. In column charts, categories are typically organized along the horizontal axis and values along the vertical axis.
A Colum chart
Procedure:
First of all we open blank Excel sheet. Input the data in proper arrangement and make a table. Select the whole table and click the Insert option in the tool bar.
Click theChartgiven in the tool bar. Insert the coulomb chart Input values are arranged into xy-plane. Different values of table are drawn intoascendingdescending Coulombs.
Line chart Data that is arranged in columns or rows on a worksheet can be plotted in a line chart. Line charts can display continuous data over time, set against a common scale, and are therefore ideal for showing trends in data at equal intervals. In a line chart, category data is distributed evenly along the horizontal axis, and all value data is distributed evenly along the vertical axis.

Click the Chart given in the tool bar. Insert the Line chart. Input values are arranged into xy-plane. Different values of table are drawn into ascending descending line.
Pie chart Data that is arranged in one column or row only on a worksheet can be plotted in a pie chart. Pie charts show the size of items in one data series, proportional to the sum of the items. The data points in a pie chart are displayed as a percentage of the whole document.

4. GPA Calculator By using Excel we easily made subjects GPA calculator as shown in figure.
GPA chart
Procedure:
First of all we open blank Excel sheet. Input the subjects name and percentage obtain in these subjects. Make a table of given data and blank two coulombs named as Grade and GPA. We separately make a percentage grade table which we use to calculate the gpa of the subjects. Now on the tool bar we click the Formulas and then click the Insert Functions. We input the function named as VLOOKUPfrom which we can easily calculate the grade and gpa of the subjects. We apply this function twice. First we apply to calculate the grade of the subjects and then to calculate the gpa of the subject. We sum up the total gpa of the subjects and then divide it by total number of subjects from this we can easily calculate the whole gpa of the subjects..
