have to go exactly 1000 years back. We know that in a year there is one day extra. In a leap year, 2 days are extra. In 1000 years, we have 250 leap years = 500 extra days + 750 (for normal days) extra days = 1250 extra days. Let us divide 1250 by 7, remainder is : 4. thus we have to go 4 days back.
