AGENDA • Khanh and Tran birthday celebration • Halloween candy packaging • Boba YaYa gathering events - Supplies - Entertainment (fashion show, costume ideas, dressing up) - Bingo set/ activities - Cupcake raffle ($0.50 per cupcake, wining cupcake -plastic ring- gets Chili gift certificate) - $5 entrance for supplied Chinese food meal - Costume contest - Boba organization, runway, changing rooms for women and men - List of guests- treasurer - Pumpkin carving contest - List of Boba drinks with names, as you pay (gradual wait for drinks) - Itinerary of events organized (times) - Every section with sign-in sheet - Lightings/music/video recording and camera (individual photos of all costumes)
