Drinking more water to reduce appetite and for body requirement. (Luke warm water approximately 1 to 1.5Ltrs in the morning is most important if possible mix honey & lime ). 4. Taking raw food for dinner / Light food before 7PM ( Pls see that Dates(Kharjura) as an integral part of the diet). 5. Goals are the driving force of life.Goals give us direction & they are lighthouse for the ship of our life. Prepare goals for ten years, 5 years,1 year,6 months ,1 month ,1 week and daily goals.(Pls work for mission statement of life.) 6. Get up early in the morning to have time for reading and personal development activities (physical exercises/yoga). 7. Relationships are very important in the life. To have wonderful relationships with all ( specially with spouse,children,parents, in-laws,Boss and colleagues) a) Think win-win consciously. b) Always try to see other person’s point of view. c) Be a good listener. 8. Think 5mins in the morning for what is to be done and note them in a piece of paper and spend 5mins for introspection before going to bed. 9.
