On or about August 8, 2008, in the District of Kansas, the defendants, GUY S. NEIGHBORS,
and CARRIE NEIGHBORS,
aiding and abetting each other corruptly concealed a record, document, and other object, such as computer software, and attempted to do so, with the intent to impair the object's integrity and availability for use in an official proceeding, which would include as evidence concerning wire fraud in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343; and, otherwise obstructed, influenced, and impeded any official proceeding, and attempted to do so, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1512(c) and 2.
