Rapid Deployment Services can offer a bright range of possibilities how to satisfy the requirements. The Best Practice (BP) content is stored centrally in the cloud and always up to date.

Decide on usability
Run innovation
In the sandbox branch you can review the BP content (also by activation of the content in your sandbox environment) and decide which parts shall be used for the next innovation phase. Therefor you can release subtree changes (new processes) into the innovation branch. By that the released content gets visible in innovation branch.
Now the content selected from the BP is brought into the innovation branch and can be used for implementation of the functionality in your organization.
